M J Rooney Construction Ltd stepped in to assist a householder whose dream project of building an innovative property on a small parcel of land went badly wrong during the construction of the basement.
The basement was essential an essential part of the design to provide enough living space in such a restricted space.
The build was featured in an episode of Kevin McCloud’s popular programme Grand Designs in 2017.
