ASUC is a founder member of the Subsidence Forum which bring together organisations and individuals involved with the insured subsidence risk. It aims to bring together interested parties to work together jointly solving problems, advancing standards and practice and enhancing the effectiveness and profile of the industry.
Much of the work and activity of the Subsidence Forum is carried out though its sub-committees or Task Forces to develop common principles and form codes of practice from notification to completion:-
