The 2018 ASUC Awards Lunch took place at One Moorgate Place, London. The venue was beautifully decorated with murals and festive fairy lights. Guests were welcomed with a prosecco drinks reception in the Main Reception room before settling down to enjoy a three-course meal in the Great Hall.
ASUC Executive Director Rob Withers welcomed the guests to the lunch and highlighted the many and varied achievements of ASUC members over 2018.
After the lunch, our guests were entertained by Paul Sinha of ITV’s The Chase. True to form, Paul performed a witty set about his experiences as a medical doctor and his time as a professional quizzer on The Chase.
Celebrating excellence in the industry
The ASUC Awards not only highlight the success of our member companies, but also celebrate best practice in the industry. Best practice ensures high standards of workmanship and the continuing development of the workforce through training. There were many nominations, but there could only be so many winners.
